Dhaval Kadam, who lives in central Auckland, has been charged with two counts of indecent assault against the girls while they were passengers on Northliner Intercity buses, the New Zealand Herald reported today.
The first incident occurred on August 28 when the man assaulted a 16 year-old girl who was traveling in a bus between central Auckland and Paihia. The next assault took place the following day to a 17 year-old girl who was on a journey between Kerikeri and Whangarei.
Kadam made his first appearance in the North Shore District Court earlier this month, where he was remanded on bail until December 4, the paper reported.
