The worker, who was identified by his initials H R, followed the 27-year-old woman while she was returning home before kissing her at the first floor of the building in July last year.
"I was heading home... I entered the building and he continued walking behind me. Once I reached the first floor, he grabbed me by my arms and backed me up against the wall before he kissed me against my will. He molested me and when I shouted, he ran away," the victim was quoted as saying by the Gulf News today.
The defendant, however, denied the charge of molesting the woman.
"The defendant will be deported following the completion of his punishment," said presiding judge Mohammad Jamal.
