Industrial oils surge on good demand

Castorseed bold and castoroil commercial surged further at the Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today due to good demand from shippers and soap industries.
Refined palmolein eased further owing to lack of demand from retailers.
Groundnut oil and linseed oil prices held steady in the absence of any worthwhile buying activity.
In the non-edible section, castorseeds bold rose by Rs 10 per 100 kg to Rs 3,220 from Wednesday's close of Rs 3,210 and castor oil commercial moved up to Rs 2 per 10kg to Rs 674 as compared Rs 672 per 10kg yesterday.
Linseed oil unaltered at Rs 1,150 per 10kg.

In the edible segment, refined palmolein softened by Re 1 per 10kg to Rs 553 and groundnut oil closed unchanged at Rs 1,290.
