Meanwhile, groundnut oil, refined palmolein and linseed oil remained stable in the absence of any largescale buying activity.
In the non-edible segment, castorseeds bold rose by Rs 25 per 100 kg to Rs 3,505 from Thursday's closing level of Rs 3,480 and castoroil commercial added Rs 5 per 10 kg to Rs 731 from Rs 726. Linseed oil closed unchanged at Rs 1,150 per 10 kg.
However, moving to edible section, groundnut oil and refined palmolein closed unaltered at Rs 1,380 per 10 kg and Rs 546 per 10 kg, respectively.
