 "Info Edge co-promoter and CFO Ambarish Raghuvanshi resigns")
Info Edge, which runs job portal Naukri.Com, today said its chief financial officer and whole- time director Ambarish Raghuvanshi will relinquish his position with effect from May this year.
Raghuvanshi has informed the company about his decision to relinquish the said position (CFO and Whole-time Director) effective May 2014 to look for new career opportunities, Info Edge said in a statement.
He has has been associated with the company for 14 years and is a co-promoter, it added.
Info Edge has identified Chintan Thakkar for the post of CFO, who will join the Company as 'CFO-Designate' immediately, it said.
Thakkar, who has about 25 years of experience in finance, consulting and operations, has held the position of CFO-India at Computer Associates Inc in the past.
Raghuvanshi has informed the company about his decision to relinquish the said position (CFO and Whole-time Director) effective May 2014 to look for new career opportunities, Info Edge said in a statement.
He has has been associated with the company for 14 years and is a co-promoter, it added.

Raghuvanshi will, however, continue to work in an advisory role with the Company post his cessation of office.
