The maximum temperature at Safdarjung was pegged at 19.5 degrees, a notch above the normal.
At Palam, the visibility was 300 metres at 5.30 AM and it improved to 400 meters 8.30 AM. It improved to 1,000 metres at 11.30 AM, the MeT department official said.
The humidity oscillated between 100 and 55 per cent.
