The players and officials of ISL franchise, Delhi Dynamos FC will be gracing the occasion and declaring the event open.
Sixteen elite colleges of Delhi and NCR (National Capital Region) will take part in the tournament.
The teams will be divided in four groups in the preliminary round and the top teams from each group will progress to knockout stage.
