Inter-state dacoit held from MP

An inter-state dacoit, wanted for a number of crimes including murder, was arrested from Thandla area here, police said today.
The dacoit identified as Malkhan, carrying a reward of Rs 30,000 on his head, was nabbed last night on a tip-off from Semalpada village in Thandla police station area, Jhabua Superintendent of Police Mahesh Chandra Jain told PTI.
Malkhan (30) was involved in major crimes such as dacoity, murder, attempt to murder and has 25 cases registered against him, the officer said.
Police of Gujarat, Maharashtra and MP were on the look out for Malkhan in connection with various offences committed by him, Jain said.
