Intoxicated woman cuts left hand with blade at station

: A middle-aged woma, who was reportedly inebirated, today cut her hands with a blade at the railway station after being asked to leave the area where unions were planning to stage a rail roko as part of a nationwide call to protest changes in labour laws and privatisation of PSUs.
The woman, from Ukkadam area in the city was creating a nuisance near the spot where the stir was to take place when group of policemen posted there asked her to leave, police said.
She started arguing and suddenly took out a blade and cut her left hand.
Police immediately took the profusely bleeding woman and got her admitted to the Government Hospital.
