Iraqi security officials say three blasts in different parts of Baghdad have killed at least six people and wounded 18.
One roadside bomb targeted a residential area in north Baghdad's Saba al-Boor neighborhood on Friday, killing three and wounding nine.
In south Baghdad, police say an improvised explosive device killed two and wounded five in a meat market in Maidan.
In the Tarmiya neighborhood of north Baghdad, one soldier was killed and four were wounded when a homemade bomb detonated next to an Iraqi military vehicle.
Hospital officials confirmed all the casualties. The officials spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to brief the media.
