Principal Secretary to Haryana Chief Minister Rajesh Khullar today said complaints of alleged irregularities in granting Change of Land Use (CLU) to four Gurgaon-based petrol pumps are being re-investigated and action will be taken on receipt of report.
The initial report received in the issue had revealed that high-tension wires passed above these petrol pumps. However, it was not clear whether the wires existed when occupation certificates were issued to a few of these pumps, he said here.
Also, the report did not mention that who are the officials who had not stated in their report that high tension wires existed there, Khullar said.
He said there are a few such cases where CLU was issued before overhead high-tension wires were installed while in some occupation certificate was given after the installation of the wires.
The statements of officials concerned are awaited. The government is getting the whole issue re-investigated to have a complete report before taking any action, Khullar said.
On action against officers found guilty during the Jat reservation agitation, he said there were separate files of such officers and they are being studied.
A decision will be taken in each such case separately, Khullar added.
On the removal of Publicity Adviser Rocky Mittal, he replied in affirmative.
