Actor Hugh Jackman says it is a very common thing to develop skin cancer from the strong sun in Down Under like he had two years ago.
Jackman, 46, who has been diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma four different times, said he never wore sunscreen growing up, making him a prime candidate for skin cancer.
However, the Australian actor co-created Pure Sun Defense, a sunscreen line for kids.
The actor said he is happy that the ideals of attractiveness are changing.
"I'm really heartened to see in general the idea that to be sexy and beautiful you have to be tan is gone," he said.
