ITDC shares to list on NSE tomorrow

India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) today said its shares will be listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) from tomorrow.
"The listing of equity shares of ITDC on NSE has been approved vide its letter dated December 28, 2016 and the equity shares shall be listed and admitted to dealings on NSE w.E.F. December 30, 2016," ITDC said in a BSE filing.
On September 2, the company's board had decided to send an application to NSE regarding listing of its shares with the bourse, the firm added.
Shares of ITDC were trading 19.98 per cent up at Rs 212.30 apiece on BSE.
