ITI manager sent to 14-day remand over question paper-leak
Jitendra Choudhary, a manager at Industrial Technical Institute here, was arrested on July 31 for being allegedly involved in the circulation of solved question papers of the science examination.
The examination was cancelled after officials found photocopies of the question paper being sold outside the centre.
Choudhary was produced before the court today.
Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate P N Pandey rejected his interim bail plea and sent him to 14 days of judicial custody.
