J'khand BJP condoles demise of Jayalalithaa

Expressing deep sorrow at the demise of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa, the Jharkhand unit of BJP today described her as a leader who had taken several historic decisions while in office.
She was a great individual in the political life and her demise was a loss to the nation, state unit president Laxman Gilua said here.
Saying that Jayalalithaa had touched new heights in different fields of life, Gilua said her entire life was committed to the poor and the deprived.
She took many historic decisions as chief minister, he said.
Jayalalithaa passed away last night in Chennai.
