J'khand Guv pays tribute to Radhakrishnan

Jharkhand Governor Droupadi Murmu today paid tribute to S Radhakrishnan on the occasion of Teachers Day.
She placed a garland on a photo of the former president at the Raj Bhavan, an official release said here.
