"We will hand over the property to J W Marriott by June 2015. Then it will take about three months time for the hotel to start operations," Sanjay Jhunjhuwala, chairman of Mani Group, told PTI.
Mani Group is developing the property on arterial E M Bypass Road, which would be managed by J W Marriott.
Jhunjhunwala said that the property was being developed at a cost of around Rs 1,300 crore and would have 300 keys and other facilities.
Located next to another five-star deluxe property ITC Sonar, the hotel was one of the few built in the city in recent times.
ITC Sonar was also expanding its property at the moment.
