A student of the university Arunima Mitra said the fast unto death started from 10 pm tonight and will continue till the demands are not met.
At least ten students started the fast unto death outside the Aurobindo Bhavan where the police had cracked down on the students on September 17.
Among the demands also include probe into the alleged molestation case of girl student of the university on August 28, restructuring of the internal complaint committee and removal of CCTV from the campus.
