As many as 109 Indian Police Service probationers, including 26 women, beside 15 foreign officers will pass out from the academy after completing the basic training of 45 weeks.
Jaitley, who is participating as the chief guest will be taking the salute of the Dikshant Parade for this year, SVPNPA Director Aruna Bahuguna told reporters here today.
Among the 15 foreign officers, six are from Royal Bhutan Police, five from Nepal Police and four from Maldives.
Besides, they also studied functioning of Command and Control Traffic centre at Bengaluru.

Rishikesh Sonawane, who comes from rural background of Ahmednagar in Maharashtra, won the prestigious Prime Minister's Baton and Home Ministry's Revolver for the best all-round IPS probationer.
"When I was working in Bengaluru, I was disturbed by the bomb blasts incident. Immediately I left my job and trained hard for the Civils to join the police at highest level," he said.
Chaitra Teresa John, the best all-round woman IPS probationer and best outdoor probationer (woman), said she was happy after the training and ready to serve the people.
She said her parents are her inspiration to choose the Civil Services. She is allotted Kerala cadre, her home state.
