Jamie Lynn was just 16 when she got engaged to Casey Aldridge, the father of her child. She is now married to Jamie Watson.
Maddie's grandfather, Jamie Spears urged the public to keep the little girl in their prayers.
"All I can say is pray for our baby Maddie," he told E! Online.
