: Actor and Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan today hit out at the ruling Telugu Desam Party (TDP) saying it had failed on all fronts, including securing special category status for Andhra Pradesh.
On the SCS issue, it was only the Jana Sena that had been 'sincerely' fighting for the cause whereas Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu had done countless flip-flops, he said, addressing a public meeting at Itchapuram in the district.
"One day he says there is no use of SCS and then says it is not a panacea. But now he demands SCS since we have been consistently fighting for it," Kalyan said.
The Jana Sena leader also charged that Naidu was not able to get anything done from the centre because of his 'fear' of the BJP.
"Why does he fear the BJP so much...Only God knows the secret," he said adding Naidu was now blaming the centre for everything only to cover up his 'failures.'
