Embry, who wanted USD 93,000 a month in spousal support, did not get the whole amount but did get something to thrive upon, reported TMZ.
Lynch, 53, reportedly got the custody of their house which she paid for when the couple were living together.
The couple got married in 2010, but soon after they filed for divorce in July, citing "irreconcilable differences."
Now that the case is settled, both of them are on "very civilised" terms even spending time with each other over the holidays.
