The 44-year-old 'Arrested Development' star, who raises two daughter Francesca and Maple with wife Amanda Anka, wishes them to achieve their dream careers, reported Conatctmusic.
"I want to help my kids navigate their careers but I don't want it to be in the entertainment industry. Acting is kind of an odd way to make a living and I hope they'll be drawn to something other than that," he said.
"I want my daughters to be very passionate about what they want to do and to be very unapologetic about wanting success in that field and sometimes in acting they sense you want it too much. Plus you can't really get a diploma or a degree that guarantees you employment - that's a little frustrating in that sense," he added.
