Union Minister of Human Resource Development Prakash Javadekar on Sunday said Indians should aspire to be owners of their innovations and not just be innovators.
Delivering the valedictory address at the conclusion of the two-day 8thWomen Science Congress held under the aegis of the ongoing 106thfive-day Indian Science Congress at Lovely Professional University(LPU) here, Javadekar said, "Indians come up with innovations but for others. It is now time we become owners of innovations. Only then, can our country progress."
