Rappers Jay-Z and Kanye West have been named on a new 'Most Powerful People in Rap' list.
Bryan 'Birdman' and Ronald 'Slim' Williams head the list after co-founding the Cash Money Records Group, whose roster includes Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj and Drake, reported Digital Spy online.
Jay-Z placed second for starting up Roc Nation and selling over 50 million albums worldwide. His record label roster includes J Cole and Wale, while his management company looks after Rihanna, Shakira and Kylie Minogue.
Joie 'IE' Manda is at three for being the president of Def Jam Recordings. The label has recently seen success with Nas, 2 Chainz and Frank Ocean.
Jimmy Iovine and Dr Dre are fourth for running Interscope, launching their successful Beats headphones range and founding Aftermath Entertainment.
Meanwhile, West is fifth for his successful career as a rapper and founding his own label GOOD Music, which has Big Sean, Pusha T and Kid Cudi signed up.
Elsewhere, Sean 'Diddy' Combs is at six for a string of entrepreneurial ventures, while Eminem's manager Paul Rosenberg is at nine.
