DMK leader M K Stalin today dared AIADMK supremo and Chief Minister Jayalalithaa to resign her post if she could not prove her charge that the power crisis was due to 'some wantonly created technical snags in generation units."
Addressing an election rally here, he pointed out that all key departments like police and home are under her control. "She should bring out the truth or otherwise she should resign from the post.
Jayalalithaa had stated at a campaign meeting at Palyamkottai on Apr 11 that the snags were being artificially created with the sole aim of causing power crisis in the state and those behind the 'conspiracy' would be identified and brought to book.
On Narendra Modi's statement at Chennai yesterday that DMK had done nothing for the development of Tamil Nadu, he said the Gujarat CM should list what he had done for his state.
