Jayalalithaa refuses to comment on political developments
"I cannot speculate on that. I would confine my comments to the Cauvery River Authority meeting today," she told reporters at the Tamil Nadu House here.
She was asked to comment on the political situation and whether Prime Minister Manmohan Singh had the moral authority to continue after the Trinamool decided to withdraw support to this government.
