JDA to come up with 1600 residential plots in Jammu

Jammu Development Authority (JDA) is all set to come out with 1600 residential plots in three colonies in Jammu winter capital city and advertisement to this effect will follow shortly.
"Following, the winding up of its just concluded process for draw of lots for allotment of residential plots at Roop Nagar Housing Colony, Jammu Development Authority, would advertise shortly more than 1600 plots at three diverse housing colonies at Gole Gujral, Kot Bhalwal and Birpur in Jammu", JDA spokesman said here.
The basic infrastructure would be provided once the allotment procedure will be accomplished in these three housing colonies at Gole Gujral, Kot Bhalwal and Birpur, he said.

Recently a major anti-encroachment drive was launched under the overall supervision of Vice Chairperson, JDA, Sushma Chauhan to free major portion of encroached land from the illegal encroachers make available more land for the development of housing colonies.
The public in general is also being informed to remain in touch with Jammu Development Authority through its website www.Jdajammu.In alongwith leading newspapers in which all formalities and details will be provided at the time of advertisement, spokesman said.
