"Avengers" actor Jeremy Renner's former wife Sonni Pacheco claims in new legal documents that he refuses to pay their daughter Ava's schooling and that he owes nearly USD 50,000 in child support.
Pacheco recently filed new legal documents in which she claimed that Renner hadn't paid his half of the USD 1,600 monthly preschool tuition for their three-year-old daughter, reported TMZ.
The court documents also mentioned that Renner, who last year agreed to pay USD 13,000 a month for the tot as part of their divorce settlement, was nearly USD 50,000 behind on child support.
Pacheco additionally attached a text message from the actor asking her why she continued to ask him for money.
"I'm not sure why you keep coming after more money here Sonni. I don't have the cash to give you. I'm sorry you can't figure out how to care for [Ava] with over 300k," so read the message.
Pacheco is now asking the court to make Renner, 45, pay for all of Ava's schooling and all the money he owes in child support. However, "The Bourne Legacy" star has denied all the allegations made by his ex.
A rep for him said Pacheco's claims "are baseless and completely erroneous," adding, "[Renner] has unequivocally never fallen behind on child support payments - this year he has paid several hundreds of thousands of dollars for his young daughter's child support and well-being."
"He is a loving, attentive and caring father who moves his work schedule around to maximize his time with his daughter Ava," the rep continued.
"In terms of pre-school tuition for the 3-year old, this was never part of the divorce decree. His ex continues on a quest of trying to publicly demean the actor and extricate him from as much money as she can for her sole benefit.
