Glynne will release 'Hold My Hand' on March 23 through Atlantic.
The singer will also launch her debut solo album later this year
Glynne is nominated for three 2015 Brit Awards including Best British Single and Best Video.
The singer will embark on a UK tour with Clean Bandit next month, including a night at London's Alexandra Palace.
