Jharkhand CM congratulates Kovind on being sworn in as Prez

Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das today congratulated Ram Nath Kovind on being sworn in as the 14th President of the country.
Das congratulated the president on behalf of the people of the state, an official release said here.
Kovind was administered the oath of office to "preserve, protect and defend the constitution and law" by Chief Justice of India J S Kehar in an impressive ceremony in the Central Hall of Parliament.
