The issue of President's rule in Jharkhand and the possibility of conducting elections there is under government's consideration, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said today.
"This matter is under consideration. At the moment, I don't wish to say anything more on this issue," he told reporters on way back from Japan and Thailand.
Singh was responding to a question whether President's rule will continue or will it see Assembly elections in the state in the near-future.
Jharkhand is under President's Rule for the past five months.
