Addressing members on the last day of the House, Bhokta also praised the legislators for their debating skills that established a new dimension.
The Speaker, however, pulled up leader of opposition Arjun Munda for speaking contrary to the unanimous agreement reached in the Business Advisory Committee for adjourning the House sine die two days ahead of its original schedule following announcement of general elections.
The Speaker said it was a unanimous decision in which Munda was also present.
