Addressing a programme - Fortune India Patrika - organised in New Delhi, Singh said Jharkhand was progressing rapidly on the path of development.
Due to political stability, he said Jharkhand could utilise its natural resources appropriately for all round development and in the coming decade the state would become developed.
The nature has given bounty of things and the only thing was their appropriate utilisation for development, he said while inviting industrialists to invest in the state.
