The 'Late Night' host, who welcomed his first child with producer wife Nancy, posted an adorable snapshot, which showed a close-up of the sleeping baby's sweet face, reported Us magazine.
"I would like to introduce...Winnie Rose Fallon," he wrote.
Fallon, 38, named his baby daughter Winnie Rose. The couple have been married since December 2007.
