The 49-year-old, who will be hosting the Oscars 2017, took to Twitter where he posted a series of pictures where he he could be seen preparing the breakfast for his excited little one.
"Dear @TheEllenShow, I made my daughter #Dory pancakes to celebrate seeing you today," Kimmel tweeted, as he had appeared on her show to talk about his upcoming Oscars-hosting gig.
Kimmel has one child along the way with second wife Molly McNearney.
He also has two children - daughter Katie, 26 and son Kevin, 23 from his previous marriage with Gina Kimmel.
