The sector headquarter of SSB, a central armed police force under Ministry of Home Affairs deployed on Indo-Nepal and Indo-Bhutan borders, will come up at Mauzpur area in 110.85 acre land.
Speaking on the occasion, Singh appreciated the role of SSB towards the security of the country and said setting up of the headquarter will help accelerating developmental activities in the region, in addition to providing employment opportunities to the locals.
SSB DG Pranay Sahay said the force has played important role in security of the nation since its inception and is constantly working to strengthen communal harmony in the areas of its functioning.
The SSB had earlier set up its dog training centre and battalion headquarters in Dera village of Alwar in May. SDA AGL
