Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti today congratulated international shooter from the state Chain Singh for winning a silver medal at International Shooting Sports Federation World Cup in Germany.
In a statement, the chief minister, who is also the president of the J-K state sports council, said she firmly believed that youths of the state were full of potential to compete at national and international events and it was only a matter of platform to display their talent.
More than 817 shooters from 84 countries participated in the event, with India fielding a 31-strong contingent.
