JK govt is shielding former Cong minister, says Mehbooba Mufti

PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti today accused the Jammu and Kashmir government of shielding former Health Minister Shabir Khan, who has been booked in a molestation case.
She also raised questions about the "disappearance" of the minister, who is a protected person.
"Shabir Khan is a protected person. How he has been disappeared?" Mufti told reporters at Legislative Complex here today.
The government is "shielding" the former minister who has been facing serious charges, Mufti alleged.
PDP legislators, led by Mufti, raised issues pertaining to the common people during the Governor's address on the day one of the budget session today.

They also demanded arrest of the former health minister.
Mufti said that the last budget session of the NC regime is marked with the incident of molestation.
