Terming the JNU row as "serious", Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy today said intolerance from any side was "undesirable".
Talking to reporters after a cabinet meeting here, he said it was not proper to have intolerance from any side.
"All have the right to freedom of expression and there are laws and administrative setup to check if that right crosses the limit," Chandy said.
But challenging all this established legal system and taking law into one's own hands cannot be justified, he said.
