Actress Jodie Foster has reportedly sold her Hollywood Hills home for USD 5 million, 16 months after she initially listed the abode.
The 51-year-old actress originally put her property on the market for USD 6.4 million but when it failed to sell, she changed estate agents and re-listed her house for USD 5.6 million before eventually settling for USD 4.995 million on Monday, reported Contactmusic.
The property, which Jodie purchased from model and actress Cheryl Tiegs in 1995, features four bedrooms and a guest suite. The Spanish-style villa also boasts four full bathrooms and two half bathrooms.
Foster's former private pad also features a high hedge surrounding the pool and courtyard area, a step-down living room complete with cathedral ceiling and a huge kitchen which may well interest a keen cook.
The villa was built in 1935 and is situated in the Birds Street area of the Santa Monica Mountains region which is very popular with celebrities.
