The couple announced the news in a separate social media posts, with the model saying she was "so in love" with her new daughter.
"She's here! Luna Simone Stephens, we are so in love with you! And sleepy. Very sleepy," Chrissy wrote on Instagram, accompanied by a picture of a screen which showed Luna weighed 6lbs 11oz.
John later added on twitter, "Our new love is here! Luna Simone Stephens, born on Thursday, the 14th.
