Johnson says 'wants deal' on Brexit, 'encouraged' by Merkel talks
British Prime Minister Boris Johnson told French leader Emmanuel Macron on Thursday that he wanted a deal on Brexit, saying he had been "powerfully encouraged" by talks with German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
"I want to make it absolutely clear... I want a deal," Johnson said. "I think we can get a deal and a good deal.
