Joe, 26, says they never date the same women because they speak about it to each other first, reported Femalefirst.
The siblings have dated some of the most famous faces, including Kate Hudson, Lily Collins, Olivia Culpo, Demi Lovato and Gigi Hadid.
"We're pretty supportive of each other. There might be a rare occasion where we've got to make sure, 'Hey, you haven't dated this person, have you?'," Joe said.
The singer also hinted at the possibility of the pair reuniting with older brother Kevin, 28, to reform The Jonas Brothers band.
