Journalist robbed of valuables

A journalist was robbed of his valuables by six armed men here, police said today.
According to SHO Ravinder Singh, Chhavi Bhaskar was robbed last night of his valuables and two cellphones.
A case under Section 395 (punishment for dacoity) of the IPC was registered against the looters and investigations had been started, SHO said.
Bhaskar was having late-night post-dinner stroll, when the motorcycles-borne men intercepted him in the Model Town area and robbed him at the gun point, SHO added.
