More than 300 students of different Colleges of Chenab belt would participate in the Youth Festival scheduled from November 28 to November 30, Bhaderwah Campus head, Prof G M Bhat said.
A total of 34 different competitions viz sports (both outdoor and indoor), fine arts, performing arts and, academics (quiz, debate, lecture series) would be held during the Festival, he said.
These kind of activities would help strengthen the bond of mutual brotherhood and encourage the students and populace to work in synergy with the Armed Forces to uphold peace in the region, Prof Bhat said.
Last year also, the Youth Festival (Sangam 2014) was organised by Bhaderwah Campus in collaboration with 4 Rastryia Rifles (Bihar) under the aegis of CIF(Delta) under "Operation Sadhbhavana.
