"I hope so," Jung said when asked whether Delhi would get a stable government after the polls.
Jung cast his vote at a booth in St Xavier's Senior Secondary School in Civil Lines in the Model Town constituency.
The Lt Governor also urged all the citizens to exercise their franchise.
"I request people to come out and vote heavily. I always hope that Delhi makes a record in polling in the country," he said.
Delhi has been under President's Rule since February last year after Arvind Kejriwal-led AAP government quit.
