Justice Janak Raj Kotwal elevated as Permanent Judge in JK HC

Justice Janak Raj Kotwal, an Additional Judge of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court, was today elevated as a Permanent Judge.
"In exercise of the powers conferred by section 95 of the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir, the President is pleased to appoint Justice Janak Raj Kotwal, Additional Judge of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court, to be a Judge of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office," the Law Ministry said in a statement.
