Justice Bobde (56) will be sworn in at Bhopal by the Governor on October 16, official sources said.
Justice Bobde during his stint in Bombay High Court has heard several important public interest litigations pertaining to Adarsh housing society, Lavasa Corporation, Maval firing case among others.
Justice Bobde started his legal practise at Nagpur bench of Bombay High Court and was designated as senior advocate in 1998. He was appointed as additional judge of the Bombay High Court in March 2000.
