But this did not stop Bieber from buying a new pet over the holiday period, reported Contactmusic.
While Bieber was back in his home country of Canada he paid a visit to the local pet store, Ruffin's Pet Centre, in Stratford, Ontario.
The pop singer, along with his family, bought a white and brown American bulldog puppy that is only seven-week-old.
